1. Digital Content Rule

Due to the nature of digital content, once a lesson is accessed or XP is earned, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your learning.

2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with the platform and have completed fewer than 3 premium lessons, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

3. How to Request

To request a refund, please contact us at support@speakaccounting.com or directly via Paddle.com. Please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further charges will be made.
