1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Speak Accounting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Subscription & Billing

Speak Accounting is a SaaS platform. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (interactive puzzles, accounting logic, visual animations) are and will remain the exclusive property of Speak Accounting and its licensors.
